Great food and friendly staff made our city trip much more enjoyable. The location was perfect for those who love being surrounded by nature, and the views were breathtaking. We appreciated having free parking and a clean room to rest in after a long day of sightseeing. The Italian breakfast was a nice touch too.
The linen in the room was slightly outdated, but it was still clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was a bit difficult to find without GPS, especially after dark.

Clean rooms, perfect location for nature lovers, must-see village Arpino, wonderful dinner meals, delightful Italian style breakfast, friendly and helpful English speaking owners.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and easy to reach by car. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing me with delicious Italian breakfast with various options. The cleanliness in the rooms and hotel facilities was impressive. I also appreciated the ample parking available at the hotel.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The guesthouse we stayed at had the most stunning location, perfect for nature lovers with plenty to see nearby. Our room was clean with friendly service and delicious breakfast options including milk, coffee, croissants, cakes, cereals. the staff was very welcoming and even accommodated us when we needed a more accessible room, making our stay even better. the meals at the restaurant were exceptional, and we highly recommend trying some of their amazing dishes.
The noise level from other guests was quite high and affected our ability to enjoy our quietly night in the room.

The view from the room was breathtaking, always a great way to start the day. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay feel like we were at home. the food offered in the restaurant was divine, it really made our weekend extra special. We also enjoyed the easy access to the nearby town, which allowed us to explore the local area.
The linen could use an update, as it seemed a bit worn out. finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge, especially when arriving after sunset.
